Mark has been a private client and corporate adviser in the securities industry since 1994. After graduating from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Economics, he held senior positions with three large brokerage houses before co-founding Oracle with his fellow director in 2009.

He engages closely with an extensive network of corporate and private clients, and has successfully concluded a large number of transactions for Australian listed companies. Mark is a Responsible Manager for Oracle Capital Group.

Luke has over 30 years experience in the financial services and securities industry. He specialises in strategic wealth management for high-net-worth investors and provides corporate finance solutions for listed & pre-listing companies.

He graduated with First Class Honours in Finance and Economics before beginning his career at Hartley Poynton in 1996, later serving as a senior investment and derivatives adviser at a leading Australian firm. He founded Oracle Capital in 2009 and is a Responsible Manager under the firm's AFSL. He previously served as a non-executive director of Riedel Resources (ASX: RIE).

Scott is an experienced and successful entrepreneur in the telecommunications and retail sectors, with deep expertise across strategic planning, risk management and business improvement.

His career of over 25 years includes establishing Vodafone's largest Australian retail partner, and earlier the role of National Business Development Manager at B Digital Limited. He is currently Executive Chairman of ASX-listed Riedel Resources (ASX: RIE).

Clay Kirkpatrick

Clay brings over a decade of experience across equities markets, stockbroking, and corporate finance, with a strong focus on identifying and executing strategic capital-raising opportunities within the small and mid-cap sector.

He specialises in risk analysis and investment assessment, with a focus on evaluating growth businesses and interpreting market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities.

Clay works primarily with high-net-worth and wholesale clients and holds a Diploma of Financial Planning.
