Is Oracle Capital independent?

Yes. Oracle Capital is an independent advisory partnership. We are not owned by, or aligned to, any bank, fund manager or product issuer, and we are not tied to proprietary products or investment mandates. Our advice answers to our clients alone.

Who does Oracle Capital work with?

We work with wholesale, sophisticated, professional and experienced investors within the meaning of sections 761G and 708 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) — typically successful individuals, families, business owners and companies. We do not provide retail financial product advice.

What is a wholesale or sophisticated investor?

Broadly, an investor who meets the criteria set out in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) — for example, by investing at least $500,000 in a financial product, or by providing a qualified accountant's certificate confirming net assets of at least $2.5 million or gross income of at least $250,000 in each of the last two financial years. We can explain how these tests may apply to your circumstances.

What services does Oracle Capital provide?

Oracle Capital provides two core services. Private wealth: independent investment advice and portfolio management for individuals, families and business owners. Corporate advisory: capital raising, IPO advisory, corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations for emerging and established companies.
