Oracle Capital was established to provide tailored strategic advice to both Wholesale (708) and Corporate Clients. Our relationship-based approach offers clients customised and flexible investment solutions.

Mark Skiffington
Founder | Executive Director
Mark has been a private client and corporate adviser in the securities industry since 1994. Since graduating from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Economics he has held senior positions with three large brokerage houses before co-founding Oracle with his fellow director in 2009.
Mark engages closely with his extensive network of corporate and private clients and has successfully concluded a large number of transactions for Australian listed companies.
Most recently, Mark was non-executive director of ASX listed, Riedel Resources (ASX: RIE). He is now a Responsible MAnager (RM) for the Oracle Capital Group.
Luke Matthews
Founder | Executive Director
Luke has over 25 years experience in the financial services and securities industry. He specialises in corporate finance solutions to ASX listed public companies and strategic portfolio management for high net worth individuals and organisations.
Luke graduated with First Class Honours in Finance and Economics before commencing his career at Hartley Poynton. Prior to co-founding the Oracle Group in 2009 he was Senior Investment and Derivatives adviser at a leading Australian stockbroking and wealth management firm.
Luke was a Non-Executive Director on the board of ASX Listed, Riedel Resources (ASX: RIE) and is now a Responsible Manager (RM) for the Oracle Capital Group.
Scott Cuomo
Executive Director
Scott is an experienced and successful entrepreneur in the telecommunications and retail sectors. He has vast experience in the fields of strategic planning, risk management and business improvement.
He is currently a non-executive director of ASX listed Riedel Resources (ASX: RIE). His career of over 25 years includes establishing Vodafone’s largest Australian retail partner. Prior to that he was the National Business Development Manager of B Digital Limited.

Clay Kirkpatrick
Representative
Clay is part of a specialist team with a track record of identifying high growth opportunities in small to mid capitalisation companies. He brings many years experience in risk analysis and management, a skillset that is valuable to the team when assessing alternative market investments.
James Delore
Associate
James holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance (First Class Honours) and Economics, from the University of Western Australia. James has previously interned at Argonaut in its Equity Research department and has also worked as a part-time tutor and research assistant at the University of Western Australia.
Margot Biggs
Administration Manager
Margot has 20 years experience in the financial services industry where she has worked for numerous wealth management firms in WA & Victoria. She brings her specialist skills in the areas of administration, office management, corporate placements, portfolio management, financial planning & managed funds administration.
